Type:
Mini Baccarat
Objective:
Two hands
are dealt in Baccarat - The Banker hand and the Player hand. Prior
to the deal, the player may wager on the Player hand and or the
Banker hand, and or on the Tie bet. The object of Baccarat is to
have a wager on the hand that is closest to a total of 9.
Bets:
There are
three types of bets a player may wager on, the Player hand, Banker
hand or Tie bet.
Cards available:
Both the
Player and Banker are dealt two cards each. All tens and picture
cards are worth zero, aces are worth 1, and all other cards are
worth their face value. If the value of cards exceeds 9, then the
value is adjusted by subtracting 10 from the total.
Example
Hands:
9+6=15 Hand totals 5
6+4+2=12

9+10=19

Payoffs:
Winning Player
hand wagers are paid 1 to 1. Winning Banker hand wagers are also
paid 1 to 1 but the player must pay a 5% commission to the bank.
Winning Tie bet wagers are paid 8 to 1.
Third Card
Draw: A
third additional card may be dealt, but the player does not ask
for a third card. All additional cards are subject to a third card
rule. No hand will receive more than three cards. When the Player
and Banker hands equal the same total, the hand is a Tie.
