What happens when somebody falsely disputes a charge?

Falsely denying payment from your credit card purchase(s) may result in action against you for:

1. The amount disputed, 

2. Plus the cost of paying the collection agency and/or lawyers processed by an international collection agency with independent representatives in America, Europe and Asia, 

3. Plus costs for round trip airfare, motel, food, and labor costs for our designated agent to appear in court. 

Credit Card Fraud is a serious offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. This "Zero Tolerance" policy of fighting back each and every case of suspected Credit Card Fraud by our designated agent can cost thousands of dollars more than the original amount you disputed.
