Why do I keep being asked to log on even though I already did?
Most likely, this is because your
computer is not accepting "cookies". "Cookies" are how we keep track
of whether or not you have logged in. When you try to access a game, the server looks for
the CVR cookie and if it cannot find it, will ask you to log on.
To enable Cookies (and also Java) on your Browser:
For Netscape Users:
From the menu select Edit->Preferences->Advanced.
Under the cookies options, ensure that disable cookies is not selected
and that "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" are checked.
Press OK to continue.
Internet Explorer 4.0 Users:
From the menu select
View->Internet options->Advanced.
Scroll down to Security.
Make sure that "Always accept cookies" is checked.
Scroll further down to JavaVM.
Ensure "Java JIT compiler enabled" is checked.
Also ensure "Enable Java logging" is checked.
Click on the "Security" tab.
Within the Safety Level, set security to medium or low.
For Internet Explorer 5.0 users:
From the menu select Tools->Internet Option. Click on "Security" tab.
Select the Internet icon and click the Custom Level button.
Scroll down to "Cookies" section.
For "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer", select the "Enable" radio button.
Also for "Allow per session cookies (not stored)", select the "Enable" radio button.
Scroll further down to "Java" section.
For "Java permissions", click on the "medium safety" or "low
safety" radio button". Click OK.
Click the "Advance" tab. Scroll down to "Java VM" section.
Ensure "Java loggin enabled" is checked.
Also ensure "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled" is checked.

as Crash Guard temporarily disable it when in our site.
