Adanac Capital Corporation is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of St. Christopher and Nevis, West Indies, for the purpose of operating virtual casino gaming on the Internet. The laws of St. Christopher and Nevis shall govern all transactions between the user and Casino VR.

1) The decisions of Casino VR management will be final and binding in all matters between Casino VR and users.

2) Participation in the casino style games and promotional sweepstakes (collectively the "Games") located at this web site are open to persons who are over 18 years of age and who are over the legal age of maturity pursuant to applicable law ("Player"); provided that, the game is not otherwise prohibited, taxed or regulated under applicable laws and regulations. Employees of Casino VR ("Company") and their licensees, distributors, affiliates, advertising or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the game.

3) Game is subject to any and all applicable laws. Game is void wherever prohibited, regulated or taxed. 4) Player fully understands, either through personal knowledge or qualified legal advice, the standards and laws, as such standards and laws are related to and/or applicable to Player's use and/or re use of the Game and the Web site and Player acknowledges and agree that he/she is solely responsible for his/her actions that may violate any such standard or law, and in addition, as a consequence for such violation, Player's access to the web site may be terminated.

5) Player fully understands, agrees to, becomes party to and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as modified and/or amended from time to time. If not, then Player will not participate in the Game, open an Account, use or re use the web site.

6) Player shall not allow any other person or third party access to their Players Account via Player's User Name, Password or Account. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to protect this very confidential information. Should a Player claim that their Credits were diminished from their Account, it will be the Players loss. Should a Player claim that a third party used the Players Credit Card(s) to purchase E-Cash and then the third party deposits the funds into the Players Account and then the third party loses funds, it is the sole responsibility of the Player to incur these losses. Casino VR will not be responsible for third party activity in the Players Account and the Player will be liable.

7) Player is responsible for the security of their user name and password. Should they inadvertently let someone else know their user name and/or password they should contact Casino VR immediately and change their user name and/or password, before any third party damages may occur. When choosing a user name and/or password, Casino VR recommends you follow these guidelines:

- Do not use all lower case letters,

- Do use numbers and or symbols,

- Do use a mix of upper and lower case letters,

- Write the information down and keep it in a secure location.

8) The Game is played at Casino VR on the "world wide web" via the Internet at URL: http://www2.casinovr.com "web site" by using suitable browser software as posted on the home page of the just mentioned URL. Play is only allowed with Chips which are acquired through proper means as set forth herein. Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.

9) Players play games of chance at their own risk. Games are played according to the traditional gambling rules, as defined in Rules of Games Section.

10) All funds received by Casino VR are deposited under the security of an escrow Account with a highly reputable international bank. Credits are issued to a player's Account by using U.S. Dollars.

11) To deposit Credits into your Casino VR Account, click on the purchase E-Cash icon in the Play for Real menu. Choose the method of Account deposit (Credit Card, NETeller or Bank Wire Transfer) and follow the Deposit instructions.

Credit Card purchases on your Visa or MasterCard statement will appear as: 24-7 Home and Leisure Inc. Credit Card transactions can be processed in real time. NETeller transactions can be optionally processed instantly in real time or can take up to 5 days. Bank drafts will take from 1-3 weeks to receive and usually 2 weeks to clear our bank. Bank Wire transfers take 1-2 business days.

12) Withdrawal requests:

A Cash Out request for any dollar amount means that all Credit Bonuses you have accumulated will be removed from your Account. For more clarity, your Credit Bonuses will be forfeited (removed) when your Cash Out request is processed.

Player Account wishing to Cash Out that Purchased Credits using Credit Card or NETeller or FireCash or 900 Pay or Wire Transfer:

  • Processed Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
  • Cashing Out Credits will be paid to NETeller or FirePay account holders.
  • Administrative Fee for Cashing Out using NETeller is 2% (Min $1) of Cash Out or Firepay is FREE.

Note:
To protect our Customers from Internet Fraud, Credit Card purchases for Cash Outs require a photocopy of your Credit Card statement from your issuing bank indicating the purchase(s) you made at: 24-7 Home & Leisure and our signed disclaimer certifying that you hold an Account at the Casino. Only Cash Outs that supply this documentation, via fax or email, will have their Cash Outs processed.

13) How to Cash in: If eligible Player desires to collect Credits, select and click "Cash Out" on the Play for Real page and complete the requested information. Eligible Player may elect to collect Credits at any time and there is no requirement to play the Game in order for Player to make such request. If Player requests payment and has a positive Casino VR Credit balance in his/her Account, the Credits are forwarded to Player after verification. By accepting payment, Player consents to use of his/her name for promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Player, by acceptance of payment, represents and warrants compliance with all rules and regulations contained herein. Any and all materials submitted for payment claims become the property of Company and shall not be returned.

14) Any Credits accumulated by playing the GAME shall be paid in the legal currency of the United States of America and will be based on the Amount of Credits the PLAYER possesses. PLAYER will receive $1.00 USD for each Credit. The COMPANY will withhold any Amount of winnings as requires by law. Any federal, state, and local taxes and fees applicable in connection with any winnings are the sole responsibility of the PLAYER. Winnings are subject to verification and PLAYER will be notified of such verification requests by electronic mail and may be required to sign and return affidavits or eligibility and liability/publicity releases within 14 days or said notification or winnings may be forfeited.

15) Players are responsible for withdrawing or playing out any funds, which are held in the user's Account. Casino VR does not undertake to notify users that they have outstanding balances to collect. If an Account is inactive for longer than 6 months, the user will forfeit the outstanding balance.

16) Casino VR will not disclose details of individual's net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual, and if they reside in a jurisdiction where winnings are taxable they must keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.

17) Any dispute(s), claim(s) and/or cause of action(s) whatsoever including, without limitation, dispute(s), claim(s) and/or cause of action(s) arising out of or relating to the Game, Prize, Company and/or any other matter and/or materials contained on the web site shall be governed by the laws of St. Christopher and Nevis, and shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of arbitration existing in St. Christopher and Nevis. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and court costs, but in no event shall the arbitrator have the authority to award punitive, consequential, special, incidental, proximate and/or indirect damages against Company.

18) Amendments, Merger, and Written Copy. The rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and/or on the web site may be modified and/or amended unilaterally by Company's posting such modifications and/or amendments in the "Rules & Regulations" section of the web site. The rules, regulations, terms and conditions herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Player and Company and supersedes and merges all prior agreements, representations and understanding between Player and Company.

19) Casino VR will not be liable for changes in the Players Account balance in the following scenarios:

  • in the event of force majeure.
  • the failure of Casino VR’s central computer system or any part thereof.
  • for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any  other data transmission system.
  • Players Computer freezes causing the current bet to be logged as a loss.
  • Players connectivity is slow or stops causing a time out, Computer error(s) or Computer shut-down.
  • for any loss as a result of any act of God.
  • Players Account balance varies due to multiple game sessions being logged at one time.
  • for an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism.
  • >Players session is logged out automatically after 4 minutes of inactivity which will result in a loss.
  • for the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent).
  • for fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.

20) Casino VR accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet.

21) Player shall hold Company, its officers, director, employees and agents harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever arising as a result of Player's:

    1) entry, use or re use of the web site

    2) participation in the Game and

    3) acceptance of Prize(s).

22) Notwithstanding any implied or express terms of this Agreement, the Player agrees that in the event that Casino VR’s computer hardware or software does not properly implement the rules of a casino game or does not properly implement the random number generator, or does not make proper Account for the play that has occurred, Casino VR shall only be liable for the Players deposit used to initiate the game session(s) in question. For greater clarity, the Player shall forfeit any winnings made as a result of computer or software error. Players Account balance will be taken to zero and /or Account balance will be adjusted to reflect the hardware or software error(s). At the discretion of Casino VR, the Players deposit method(s) may be Credited back for the dollar Amount used to initiate the game session(s) in question.

23) These Rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between Casino VR and the user. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

24) The agreement between Casino VR and the user may be terminated by the Player at the Player's request. Or if deemed necessary Casino VR reserves the right to revoke the agreement between the user and Casino VR.

25) Credit Bonuses: Credit Bonuses offered by Casino VR issued for Deposits, Referrals, Advertising Campaigns or Promotional Campaigns, $19 FREE Chip Credit Bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

Credit Bonuses must be played out in their entirety. Credit Bonuses* are the last Credits you lose.

A Cash Out for any dollar amount means that all Credit Bonuses will be removed from your Account. For more clarity, your Credit Bonuses are removed when your Cash Out request is processed.

26) The Player acknowledges that cheating of any sort shall result in the forfeiture of all deposits. The Player further acknowledges that the forfeiture of deposits shall in no way prevent Casino VR from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings. Denying payment on your Credit Card purchase(s) is FRAUD.

27) This may result in action against you but is not limited to:

1. the Amount disputed, 

2. plus the cost of paying the collection agency and/or lawyers processed by an international collection agency with independent representatives in America, Europe and Asia, 

3. plus costs for round trip airfare, motel, food, and labor costs for our designated agent to appear in court. 

Credit Card Fraud denying payment is a serious offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. If the Player disputes their Credit Card charges, Casino VR has a "Zero Tolerance" policy of fighting back each and every case of suspected Credit Card Fraud. Our designated collection agent can cost thousands of dollars more than the original Amount you disputed. 

Our Zero Tolerance policy for Fraud means your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is subpoenaed to obtain your identity, if you dispute your Credit Card charges. Your ISP is forced through the court subpoena process to divulge your confidential information. Your ISP's log file history will show exactly what modem and port you logged on through and makes identification through your Account Name and Password. Even AOL and other dynamic IP addresses reveals this information needed to prosecute.

28) Casino VR HAS "ZERO TOLERANCE" FOR INTERNET FRAUD - Internet Fraud is prevalent in Online casinos and Casino VR will protect itself and its Players Accounts with a "Zero Tolerance" policy against the alarming rate of Internet Fraud, Internet Identity Theft, Internet Impersonation and Internet False Pretenses, Casino VR has the right to close any Account(s) of any Registered Player who gives false personal information. Any Registered Player found entering false personal information, in regard to their Name and/or Address and/or date of birth and/or email address and/or giving false address information and/or falsely representing that they are the registered owner of the Credit Card(s) or any other Payment methods deposited into the Player Account used to purchase Credits in the casino and / or falsely disputes their Credit Card charges will be deemed to be misrepresenting themselves and the Players Account will be closed. When discovered, the Player will forfeit ALL Credits. No funds will be forwarded. Casino VR may pursue legal recourse to prosecute the Player which may include action against them but is not limited to:

A) The Amount disputed on the Credit Card(s) or any other Payment methods deposited into the Player Account , 

B) plus the cost of paying the collection agency and/or lawyers processed by an international collection agency with independent representatives in America, Europe and Asia, 

C) plus costs for round trip airfare, motel, food, and labor costs for our designated agent to appear in court. 

D) plus costs for any slanderous or libelous comments made about the casino after the Player Account is closed for a period of one year.

For further clarity, funds deposited into your Player Account MUST always come from your own Credit Card(s) or your NETeller, Fire Pay or Fire Cash Account. ANY form of deposit that does not come from your Credit Card(s), NETeller, Fire Pay or Fire Cash into your Player Account will be considered Internet Fraud. 

Further, if the Name and Address of the Registered Player does NOT match the Name and Address of the Credit Card Holder and / or the Credit Card(s) used to purchase any Credits during the life of the Account, and / or Credit Card charges are disputed and / or the Registered Player or Credit Card Holder is in a negative data base for any reason, and /or the Registered Player Name and Address do not Match the Name and Address of any other Payment Methods deposited into the Player Account such as NETeller, Fire Pay or Fire Cash, NO funds will be forwarded by Casino VR to the Credit Card holder or the Registered Player. The Players Account will be closed and the balance taken to zero. Casino VR may pursue legal recourse to prosecute the Player.

Our Zero Tolerance Policy will include, alerting the authorities and following all other appropriate action to receive successful judgment. Collection of our judgment will include: liens on your property, bank Account, and garnishing of wages. This may also result in a report being filed with major Credit reporting agencies once our case is won.

29) Any Registered Player found operating multiple Accounts using a similar IP address which contains false personal information, in regard to their Name and/or Address and/or date of birth and/or giving false address information and/or is found in a Negative Data Base for unpaid Charge Card Bills and/or attempting to use and/or using stolen Credit Cards or stolen Credit Card numbers, will be committing Fraud. When discovered, every Player Account(s) will be closed with that IP address. All Player Account(s) from that IP address will forfeit ALL Credits. No funds will be forwarded. Casino VR may pursue legal recourse to prosecute the Player which may include action against them but is not limited to:

A) The Amount disputed on the Credit Card(s) used,

B) plus the cost of paying the collection agency and/or lawyers processed by an international collection agency with independent representatives in America, Europe and Asia,

C) plus costs for round trip airfare, motel, food, and labor costs for our designated agent to appear in court for the Players prosecution.

For further clarity, if the IP address of the Registered Player has other Registered Player Accounts and it is determined that ANY of those Account(s) from that IP address are in a Negative Data Base for ANY reason, ALL Account(s) with that IP address will be closed. Further, NO funds will be forwarded by Casino VR to the Registered Player(s). All Player Account(s) from that IP address will forfeit ALL Credits. No funds will be forwarded to ANY Account(s). Casino VR may pursue legal recourse to prosecute the Player.

Our Zero Tolerance Policy will include, alerting the authorities and following all other appropriate action to receive successful judgment. Collection of our judgment will include: liens on your property, bank Account, and garnishing of wages. This may also result in a report being filed with major Credit reporting agencies once our case is won.

30) Extra Promotion Credits are paid the first business Monday of the month, for the previous months transactions. These Credits are NOT redeemable for any form of financial consideration. These Credits MUST be played out in their entirety by the Player. They are NOT eligible to be cashed out.

31) Frequent Player Rewards Credits are paid the first business Monday of the month, for the previous months transactions. These Credits are NOT redeemable for any form of financial consideration. These Credits MUST be played out in their entirety by the Player.

For example: a Players Account stands at 100 Credits at month end. Then on the first business Monday of the month, the Player receives 50 Frequent Player Rewards Credits. Their new Credit balance will appear as 150 Credits. The Player may NOT receive 150 Credits to be cashed out. They may receive only 100 Credits. The 50 Credits that were received by the Frequent Player Reward must be played out and are NOT eligible to be cashed out.

32) Player will automatically be logged out of their game session(s) after 4 minutes of inactivity. This may result in the loss of an unfinished game. Player is advised to finish their game session by clicking 'EXIT' button on their game every time.

33) Casino VR reserves the right to suspend Account(s) and or close Account(s) and or refuse entry to players and or alert Visa and Mastercard fraud authorities and or block the players credit card(s) who abuse Casino VR’s business operations with NO payments being made to the Player. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Players who use Credit Card(s) that are found in a Negative Data Base for not paying their Credit Card bills.
  • Players whose Registration location does not match the IP address they play from.
  • Players who have an unresolved discrepancy with their Account Credit Balance and Casino VR’s records.
  • Players who do not respond to Casino VR emails or phone calls.
  • Players who are found to be hacking into or believed to be using unauthorized access into any part of Casino VR’s operating system.
  • Players who are disrespectful, annoying or troublesome to Casino VR's staff.

34) All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by this casino on its Web pages. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, Casino VR reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's Account, or take any other appropriate counteraction.

35) To protect our Business from the alarming rate of Internet Fraud, we will no longer process cash outs for the countries of: Russia, Indonesia.

36) To protect our Customers from the alarming rate of Internet fraud, Casino VR will ONLY pay back into NETeller or FirePay Account, to the Name of the Registered Player, which MUST be the same name as the owner of the Credit Card or NETeller Account. If they do not match, we do not pay.

Cash Outs from Credit Card deposits require a copy of the Credit Card(s) used with the statement(s) showing the deposit(s) made to 24-7 Home and Leisure. Also a signature certifying that you hold an Account at Casino VR (our disclaimer provided online)is required. Only Cash Outs that supply this documentation will have their Credits processed.

Cash Outs from NETeller deposits can be made directly to your NETeller account with Casino VR requiring only a signed disclaimer, provided to the Player online.

If Casino VR determines that the Credit Card is issued in a name and or mailing address other than in the name and address of the Registered Player, NO remittance will be made to the Registered Player or the Credit Card holder. In this event Casino VR reserves the right to invalidate all such transactions retroactively, and will close the Player's Account. This will be treated as a case of Credit Card Fraud and will be reported to the authorities.

For further clarity, if a member is Cashing Out they must send Identification to prove that they are who they represent themselves to be. If it is determined that the Credit Card used to obtain ANY Credits is NOT in the name and or mailing address of the Registered Player in the Casino and / or the Credit Card used to purchase any Credits during the life of the Account, is in a negative data base for any reason, Casino VR will close the Players Account. Casino VR will NOT pay the Casino Players Account and will NOT pay the Credit Card holder. Casino VR will alert the authorities and will take any other appropriate counteraction.

37) Any NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offers to Player: Credits placed in the Player account can not be cashed out. Any balance in the Player Account from NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offers may not be cashed out. Examples of NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offers: $25 NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offers, $10 Birthday NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offer, $20 Christmas NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offers, any other NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offers that require no deposit from the player. For more clarity: If the casino makes a NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offer deposit into the Player Account, the Player may not cash out any funds in the account from the NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offer or any winnings from the NO Risk Free Chip Promo Offer. 38) To protect our Customers and our Business from the alarming rate of Internet Fraud, for us to Cash out a Registered Player, we simply need to confirm it was the Registered Player who purchased credits in our Casino.

Fax or scan and email us your MasterCard / VISA / Neteller / Firepay / 900 Pay statement from your purchase at Home and Leisure AND your Drivers License or Passport.

Once we have received your statement and ID once, you will not need to send it to us ever again, as we will keep it on file.

If it is determined that the MasterCard / VISA / Neteller / Firepay / 900Pay deposit used to obtain ANY Credits is NOT in the name and or mailing address of the Registered Player in the Casino and / or the Credit Card used to purchase any Credits during the life of the Account, is in a negative data base for any reason, Casino VR will close the Players Account. Casino VR will NOT pay the Casino Players Account and will NOT pay the Credit Card holder. Casino VR will alert the authorities and will take any other appropriate counteraction.

39) When a first successful purchase is made with NO Risk Free Chip Promo Account by NETeller, Firepay, 900 Pay or Credit Card, We will remove the Promotional Chips from the No Risk FREE Casino Account and reset the Balance to reflect your New deposit + Credit Bonuses earned on your purchase amount. You will then be able to cash out or deposit with your Casino Account.

40) Player shall periodically, no less than once a month, review these Rules and Regulations as posted on the web site.

41) Player Agrees and becomes Party to these Rules and Regulations. By registering, opening or re using a Player Account, participation in the game, or acceptance of any Prize, Player hereby represents warrants and certifies acceptance of all of the Rules and Regulations for Casino VR.
